Fluid Temple embraces the idea that the body itself is our connection to divinity, through embodying fluidity in our movements we can move like water through the constant change that is life.
Our Philosophy
We have a great ability to heal ourselves. These practices are, at a minimum, good coping strategies for life. At the most profound levels they have the capacity to bring us to harmony with life and peace within ourselves.

Caitlin Lashbrook, Founder & Teacher
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and have been teaching for 7 (RYT 200). I have studied and practiced martial arts and have a 2nd degree Black Belt in TaeKwonDo. I am a mother. I have PTSD and am a sexual assault survivor and these movement practices have kept me alive and healed me countless times.
I teach simply to share the practice, and tutor the safe mechanics of the movements. Practicing the physical movements and postures leads to changes in all aspects of our existence. That however, is an internal, personal journey that will develop as you practice.
